Programming the chip before mounting is put the programmable chip in the socket of the programmer to programming. 

On-board(online) programming is to programming after the the components have been assembled on the printed circuit board.

Due to the flexibility of on-board programming (after the pcba board assembled, different firmware can be temporarily programming according to the user's order) and easy rework (re-programming directly on the board), more and more factories choose on board programming Plan.

We offers IC programming service for all PCB Assembly and turnkey projects in our factory. In order to maintain high efficiency for our Complete PCBA services, part of IC programming will be performed concurrently before the chips are mounted on the board ,and part of IC programming will be performed after mounted. We support various package types, including: DIP, SDIP, SOP, MSOP, QSOP, SSOP, TSOP, TSSOP, QFP, QFN, MLP, MLF, BGA, CSP, SOT and DFN.

The programming device with independent socket adapters, it can also support: MCU/MPU, EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH, Nand Flash, PLD/CPLD, SD Card, TF Card, CF Card, eMMC Card, eMMC, MoviNand and OneNand. 

We accept the following file formats: Binary, Intel Hex, Motorola S-Records, Tektronix, Extended Tektronix and POF.
